I am one of the attendees of your Dream Analysis Workshop that was conducted on 12th December 2020. I enjoyed the workshop for the whole of it's duration. I liked the way you progressed from the introductory topics to the in-depth ones. It had a proper sense of beginning, progress and completion. 

 

According to me, the major highlight was the point that each individual has their own meaning associated with the elements of the dream and only he/she can derive the true meaning of it. I have been maintaining a dream journal for a few months now and couldn't agree more. Even the point that our mind tends to remember what we give importance to. I have also experienced it. Since I started writing the journal, I have noticed an increase in the frequency of good, meaningful dreams. 

 

I also enjoyed the segment on Lucid Dreams. Even though I am from the field of psychology, the maximum information that I ever got regarding it was that it is the ability to control your dreams. That is something that I have been able to do since for as long as I can remember. In fact, a few months ago, I dreamt about meeting my school teachers while on a holiday home at Mumbai. The next night I dreamt of being in my college in Chennai and my school teachers were there for some official business and I told them that I saw them in my dream the previous night. It was a hilarious story for when I woke up. 

 

In addition to this, I learnt about the two different aspects of dreams i.e. Psychological and Physiological. It was a completely new concept for me. 

 

All in all, it was quite an informative and enjoyable session. I love the way you conduct your sessions and I hope to attend more of them as and when time permits.
