According to a 2016 study published in the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association, less than an hour of creative activity can reduce your stress and have a positive effect on your mental health, regardless of artistic experience or talent.

The workshop is open to 15 years and above. Come join us and see how art can uplift your mood and help you express better. No artistic experience is required.

About the Workshop

Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their mental health and build strong relationships.

Practicing gratitude on a regular basis helps us feel good about our existence.

In this 90 minutes session, we will write, draw, paint, explore & express sides to ourselves that will leave us pleasantly surprised.

Indian artist | Art Therapist who works with Abstract Artist | Figurative Abstracts | Chromotherapy

She has been a traditional abstract artist for 23 years and work on large canvases & textured paper. She uses acrylic paints, watercolors, inks, screen prints & hand prints to make the base of the abstract painting. Her work is inspired by nature, culture, emotion, social observations and spiritual learning. Textures, layers, patterns, character formation and moderation are the essence of her art form.
