What is it that you love about psychology and what has it taught you about people in general?

My interest in psychology started because I wanted to learn about the "how" and "why" of differences among people. And after studying psychology, my love only grew further as it taught me that every person is unique, beautiful, and tremendously courageous as they put in the effort to become the best versions of themselves. Psychology helped me see that love and effort can make miracles happen.

What is your go-to tip for dealing with mental health struggles?

How do you feel uplifted, and what makes you feel good? Is it music, dance, or cooking? It can be any of your favorites. Do that often. And do things that make you feel good about yourself; that can help boost your self-esteem.

What's that one thing you consider to be your secret weapon/ your special tool?

A question I always ask my clients:
What do you see when you imagine yourself in a situation where you feel the most happy, content, or peaceful?

What drives you when it comes to helping people help themselves?

The motivation that people receive, which helps them transform and lead the lives they want, motivates me in turn and makes my belief stronger that self-work can do wonders.
